Our story
The 1st Indian Dog Musher is Founded by Nikhlesh Parekh a Dog Musher Lover who was motivated to explore the Alaskan wilderness with dogs. A proud member of the Skookum Expedition team with anywhere from 35 to 40 sled dogs. He well on his way to fulfilling his dream to create the 1st Indian Dog Musher Team.
MISSION
To promote world class dog sledding, athleticism;
To provide dog musher educational opportunities to the Indian community;
To create the 1st Indian Dog Musher Team; with the help of sponsors, partners, and volunteers.

Inspired by The 1st Indian Dog Musher
Founder Nikhlesh Parekh the passing of
his Mom led to the pursuit of his Alaskan
dream. Led by his love for dogs and the
bonding experience to pursue introducing
the dog musher way of life to Indian youth
that are normally not exposed to the sport.
Our Vision is to be ambassadors for our dog mushing sport and create a legacy that brings together the dog mushing community, stakeholders and businesses.
